These terms govern your use of systemsetter.com and the services provided by System Setter.

Services

System Setter provides web design, SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, hosting, maintenance, and business automation services as described on our website and in individual project agreements.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are as listed on our pricing page and in individual quotes
Payment terms: Starter packages require full payment upfront. Growth and Premium packages are 50% upfront, 50% on completion.
Monthly hosting is billed monthly with no long-term contract required

Project Process

Work begins after payment is received and onboarding information is provided
Revision rounds are as specified in each package tier
Final approval is required from the client before any website goes live

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the completed website design and content
System Setter retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise

Hosting and Maintenance

Monthly hosting plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice
If hosting is cancelled, we will assist with transferring the website to another hosting provider

Limitation of Liability

System Setter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
